Three young talents from ITS COSMO Green Leather Manager course awarded with Scholarships

Gruppo Mastrotto confirms its commitment to the future and the new generations by awarding three scholarships to students of ITS COSMO Green Leather Manager in Arzignano (Vi). They were awarded to Dimitra Ljubisavlevic, Marco Mastrotto and Tommaso Poletto, who are about to complete their two-year training period. The winners were selected through a call for applications published by the company in collaboration with ITS COSMO, based on academic performance and the successful completion of a motivational interview with staff from the Group's Human Resources Selection, Training, and Development Department.

The awarding of the scholarships took place today and was attended by Santo Mastrotto and Giovanna Mastrotto, who presented the grants and certificates of merit to the three students.

Now the three young people will begin an internship in the Group's factories, so they will be able to apply the technical knowledge they acquired in the field of sustainable tanning during their two-year course of study. At the conclusion of the internship, they will participate in a selection process with the possibility of receiving a direct employment offer from the company.

ITS COSMO's Green Leather Manager course focuses on leather and sustainability in the tanning industry, training technicians for strategic roles with specializations in developing leather for the fashion, footwear, furniture, and automotive sectors.  At the end of their studies, graduates obtain the title of Technical Superior of the 5th EQF (European Qualification Framework) level.
