Dear Customers, 

we are happy to inform you that, based on the new regulations, we are allowed to restart our exclusive ready-to-deliver leather service Gruppo Mastrotto Express. Starting from Wednesday April 15th, we will resume processing your orders, with priority – obviously – on pending deliveries. Our sales staff is already working to check your requests and organize shipments. 

Our production departments remain closed according to the latest ministerial decree of 10th April on the Covid-19 emergency. 

Currently the day set for the end of the national lockdown and the gradual recovery of production activities is May 3rd. Our government does not exclude the possibility of allowing companies to reopen even before that date, as in Italy we are experiencing a slow but progressive improvement in the situation, which gives us confidence for the near future. 

The opening of Gruppo Mastrotto Express is a crucial first step in order to start organizing the return to normality towards the authorization to resume production. 

We are an international Group and our plants around the world allow us to continue the production in other countries: our factories in Brazil and Indonesia – where we have adopted strict measures to protect workers’ health and have already passed checks by the authorities – continue to be operating. 

We are aware of the inconvenience that this situation may cause to you and we have already organized to manage, with even greater speed and efficiency, at the time of reopening, taking charge and delivery of your new orders and samples. Our sales staff remains at your complete disposal to satisfy any type of requirement.
