    The Innove line operator, working alongside the line manager and the other's machine operators, will be responsible for:

    • Monitoring the coating of the automated arm’s machine off the colour on polyurethane film;
    • Handling the colour with the use of an electric pallet truck/lift truck;
    • Carrying out the product’s quality checks at the various stages of processing;
    • Carrying out routine maintenance of the plant;
    • Calibrating the plant parameters according to the type of articles.
    Requirements

    • Fluent italian;
    • Availability to work the two daytime production shifts (from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 2 to 10 p.m.);

    As a Quality Assessor, your responsibilities will be:

    • Draft internal company specifications based on customer requirements and provide appropriate training to quality control managers;
    • Implement and maintain a high level of quality through process analysis, corrective actions, statistical checks and improvement plans;
    • Minimise critical issues, identify causes and preventive actions, involving all functions concerned (production, commercial, purchasing);
    • Monitor, supervise and report on productivity and quality indicators;
    • Ensure that the non-conformity management process is correctly applied and that Non Conformity Reports (NCR) are appropriately documented;
    • Provide support to customer audits (process/product/system) to ensure that all functions comply with the standards of the present certifications.
