MORE VALUE TO OUR CUSTOMERS

Before you browse through the pages of this issue, I'd like to share with you this thought of mine. The relationship customer-supplier is fading. Conceria Mastrotto is beginning a specific path foreseeing a strong orientation to the service. New, creative, functional, effective. The market demands to be a step forward. Now it becomes necessary to let us involve by the challenges of our customers, to become their partners. The projects we introduce in the next pages lead in this new language. We don't speak any more of quality, since it is a condition sine qua non for our products and we have production and technical departments in charge of quality that do it every day. We just speak of new business solutions, we speak of giving more value to our customers in order to enhance their competitiveness. The market spurs us to sell not only product but service as well. This is the real horizon to speak a language as near as possible to our customer and to his needs. We shall introduce you to Patent, our definitely innovatory patent leather with excellent performances. VesuvioColor, in order to give extreme speed to samplings and flexibility in small productions. Marriage between time and color in order to save the first and keep a wide range of the second. Last but not the least Mastrotto Lab, the workshop of ideas, the laboratory of novelties. It is a strategic choice charging us with significant project effords, nevertheless we are sure that the real challenge to-day is to contribute to the success of our customers.
